These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Salary Slip Generator (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Salary Slip Generator is a free, browser-based tool that lets you create salary slips and download them as PDFs. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
- You may use the Service for personal, business or HR purposes.
- You must not use the Service to produce fraudulent, misleading or fake salary slips for the purpose of deceiving lenders, immigration officials, employers or any other party.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. Accuracy of information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the form. The Service does not verify any details and produces output based exclusively on what you provide.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding and template designs, is the property of the operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. The salary slips you generate using your own data are yours to use.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Generated salary slips are for informational and reference purposes only and should be verified officially by an authorised HR/payroll representative before legal, tax, immigration or financial use.
6. Third-party services
The Service may load third-party resources (e.g. fonts, advertising, analytics). Use of those resources is subject to their respective terms.
7. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
